DAVID N. LANGFORD is a 1983 graduate of Auburn University, where he received a degree in Building Construction. From 1983 through 1986 David worked as Construction Manager for Equitable Real Estate Investment Management Inc. In 1986 David joined Ed Taylor Construction Company as Project Manager. After three years he was promoted to Senior Project Manager as a result of his demonstrated success in cost control and schedule performance in both interior and small shell construction. David was 20% owner and Vice-President of Merit Construction Company from 1991 to 1996, where the company turned over 4.5 million square feet of shell buildings and interior construction build out during that period. David's professionalism and attention to detail have created many lasting relationships with his customers.
