DAVID N. LANGFORD | Manager
DAVID N. LANGFORD is a 1983 graduate of Auburn University, where he received a degree in Building Construction. From 1983 through 1986 David worked as Construction Manager for Equitable Real Estate Investment Management Inc. In 1986 David joined Ed Taylor Construction Company as Project Manager. After three years he was promoted to Senior Project Manager as a result of his demonstrated success in cost control and schedule performance in both interior and small shell construction. David was 20% owner and Vice-President of Merit Construction Company from 1991 to 1996. Throughout all his career he has successfully completed many millions of square feet of renovated shell buildings and interior construction build outs. David's professionalism and attention to detail have created many lasting and trusting relationships with his customers.
PARKER G. SEWELL | Project Manager
PARKER G. SEWELL is a 2017 graduate of Young Harris College, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Starting at the age of 16, Parker began working in the front office of Southeastern Commercial Casework assisting in the organization of project materials and files for various jobs. Throughout his first 2 years at Young Harris College, Parker worked as an installer for SEC Casework before being promoted to the role of Project Supervisor at the age of 20. Parker successfully managed numerous jobs throughout his time at SEC Casework with an exceptional record of on-time job completion and overall client satisfaction. Major projects that Parker either directly supervised or assisted on include the Braves’ locker rooms at SunTrust Park and Shire Pharmaceuticals testing labs at their new facility in Covington, GA. Parker joined D.N. Langford Construction Company in March of 2018 and has since estimated and managed numerous projects including small industrial warehouse improvements, Class A office renovations, and major tenant remodeling projects.
CHARLIE HARRIS | General Superintendent
CHARLIE HARRIS possesses over 35 years of experience in the construction industry with responsibilities ranging from field experience to General Superintendent. His ability to manage the day to day field activities is unsurpassed and is a prime example of his vast experience. Communication between the project management and the field is one of his key responsibilities. Charlie's ability to effectively coordinate all facets of a job contributes to the successful completion of many projects. Since 1997, Charlie has been a key team player in our success and always keeps our client relationships strong.
EDDIE CIULLA | Foreman
EDDIE CIULLA brings over thirty years of experience in the construction industry. We’ve known Eddie for a large part of those years and we were very pleased when he decided to join our team at D.N Langford Construction Company back in 2005. Eddie is very well versed with his hands on approach and the ability to handle large scale interior projects. Eddie has spent most of his years in the construction industry here in the Atlanta metro area, working for such companies as Ed Taylor and Merit Construction.
VANCE GREESON | Foreman
VANCE GREESON has over thirty-five years of construction experience and has been a job foreman at D.N. Langford Construction Company since 1997. He has extensive knowledge of all phases of the construction process from start to end. Vance is a huge asset to our team and someone we can always count on to get the job done right and make our clients happy during the process. Vance has spent most of his construction career here in the metro Atlanta area.
